The Varanda was conceptualised with the idea of 3 generations of a family living under one roof. As the new-age space creator, we evaluated the age-old secrets and new needs to design this project. The varanda, where generations will rest, relish and exchange their life stories with each other, the meticulously curated podium and greens are also developed with the details of this vision.
The project features a 3rd-floor podium connecting all five towers with various amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and landscaped areas
